Sample Questions      

Below are a few questions that I typically ask my clients at the beginning of their coaching program.  If you are interested in Life and Wellness Coaching, please take a minute to answer the following questions as honestly as you can...your answers may surprise you! 

1. If you were to FULLY live your life, what is the first change you would start to make?

2. What areas of your life could be upgraded or tweaked?

3. What could you work on now that would make the biggest difference in your life?

4. What are 10 things that you are tolerating or putting up with? (This may include anything that is draining your energy such as needing to clean out your car, end a relationship, lose weight, take clothes to the dry cleaners, etc.)

5. What is the biggest challenge that you are facing in your life right now?

6. What do you want LESS of in your life? (Make a list)

7. What do you want MORE of in your life? (Make a list)

8. What are three things you are doing regularly that don’t serve or support you?

9. What would you do now if you knew you would not fail?

10. What is one thing you would love to do before you die?
